I am a global sexual and reproductive health professional, a gender-based violence specialist, and a Certified Sex Educator under the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, & Therapists (AASECT). I am the founder of Roots and Boundaries, a sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) consulting firm.

My passion is working to ensure people of all ages and backgrounds have the knowledge, skills, and access they need to make safe and healthy choices about their bodies and relationships . My work is developing and supporting SRHR programming that is accessible, affirming, factual, and relevant. 

I'm also an ANTE UP! certified sexuality professional, which means my approach is rooted in community collaboration and justice. I've worked in five different countries with countless cultural populations and I always strive to make my work inclusive and culturally-responsive by working for and with each community I serve.
