I'm Scotney!
Founder of Roots and Boundaries sexual and reproductive health education consulting firm. I've worked in five different countries across three continents implementing sexual and reproductive health initiatives via nonprofits, educational institutions, and government organizations. I am passionate about supporting multicultural and international communities in meeting their need for culturally-responsive and inclusive sexual and reproductive health education and sexual violence prevention services.
I'm currently based in Kampala, Uganda but I offer services virtually anywhere in the world.

I am a Black American and Chicana sex educator and social worker and I bring those identities with me in everything I do. I'm also a Returned Peace Corps volunteer having served three years in Peru where my enthusiasm for sexual health education developed.
I'm supported by my partner, my parents, and the energy of my ancestors. I'm a mama of one incredible kiddo and a big sister of four amazing humans and I can usually be found talking with one or all of them.
