I’m a social worker, certified sexual health educator, and gender-based violence prevention specialist with over a decade of experience partnering with schools and organizations across Africa, Latin America, and the U.S.
As the founder of Roots and Boundaries, I support youth-focused organizations, community development programs, and local and international schools to strengthen their safeguarding, wellbeing, and health education frameworks.
I design and facilitate developmentally appropriate lessons on puberty, consent, body safety, and healthy relationships, as well as provide training and education for caregivers, educators, and staff. My work connects evidence-informed sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) programming practices with the inclusive, student-centered approach of international education models like ISCA, ASCA, and CASEL.
My mission is simple:
to ensure people of all ages and backgrounds have the knowledge, skills, and access they need to make safe and healthy choices about their bodies and relationships.
Roots and Boundaries offers a variety of programming and services including:
Consulting, technical advising, and staff trainings
