I am a global sexual and reproductive health professional and the founder of Roots and Boundaries, a sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) consulting firm. 

As a Certified Sex Educator under the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, & Therapists (AASECT) I specialize in developing and implementing sexual health education as a part of a comprehensive strategy to prevent gender-based and sexual violence. 

My mission is to ensure people of all ages and backgrounds have the knowledge, skills, and access they need to make safe and healthy choices about their bodies and relationships . 

I'm also an ANTE UP! certified sexuality professional, which means my approach is rooted in community collaboration and equity. I've worked in various countries with countless cultural populations and strive to develop SRHR programming that is accessible, affirming, factual, and culturally-responsive by working for and with each community I serve.
