I’m a global sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) professional and certified sex educator with over a decade of experience partnering with schools and organizations across Africa, Latin America, and the U.S.
As the founder of Roots and Boundaries, I support youth-focused organizations, community development programs, and local and international schools to strengthen their safeguarding, wellbeing, and health education frameworks through developmentally appropriate lessons on puberty, consent, body safety, and healthy relationships. My work bridges the rigor of SRHR programming with the inclusive, student-centered approach of international education models like ISCA, ASCA, and CASEL.
My mission is simple:
to ensure people of all ages and backgrounds have the knowledge, skills, and access they need to make safe and healthy choices about their bodies and relationships.
Grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by community collaboration, I help schools create affirming, shame-free spaces where students can learn about themselves, respect others, and grow with confidence.
